Bouquet - Initially quiet with cherries. As this wine breathed the fruitiness became quite pronounced. Initially the wine exhibited more cab qualities, but as it breathed the malbec influence became more pronounced. Taste - Similar in nature to the bouquet. A little light in the mouth with subtle stringency. A the wine breathed flavors changed to more pronounced malbec taste with spices. Initially there is a very long finish to the wine with cherries predominant.
